How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Sign Up. Enter your email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Your account works on both the mobile app and the web app.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Are my passwords secure?
Yes. Your passwords are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We never store your master account password in plain text.
Can I access my passwords on multiple devices?
Yes. Your vault is linked to your account, so it is accessible from both the mobile app and the web app using the same login credentials.
How long can my generated passwords be?
The password generator supports lengths from 4 up to 128 characters, with options for uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
The app says my password is too short when signing in. Why?
Account passwords must be at least 8 characters long. If you registered with a shorter password, please contact us and we will help you reset it.
How do I delete a saved password?
In the Vault tab, tap the entry you want to remove, then tap Delete and confirm.
